Returns

At Turning Heads, we are committed to providing quality products and want you to love your purchase. We do understand that at times you may wish to return a product, which must meet the following criteria: 

Change of mind:

• Items to be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, in their original condition with tag attached
  
• No returns or exchanges on sale items
• Return shipping for change of mind is at the customer's expense. Must be returned using a tracked shipping method

Items not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn, washed or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items returned outside of the 14 day window ( for change of mind returns)

Faulty product:

• If you receive a faulty item or incorrect order, we must be notified within 14 days of you receiving your purchase
  
• We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion

How to return an item:

• Please start a returns form and ensure all necessary details are filled in to ensure a smooth transaction
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we have received  and inspected the returned item
  
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns
